Henderson Beach State Park is located just east of the city of Destin and just west of the Mid Bay Bridge on HWY 98.

Henderson Beach State Park I stayed there for a few days one summer with some friends and we all had a great time. They have campsites with available air-conditioned and heated bathhouse facilities, outdoor showers, plenty of beautiful trails for hiking, and a playground for the kids.

The sunsets are beautiful and the people are friendly. Build a campfire, invite some friends over, and enjoy some roasted marshmallows.

    Another great resort campground in Destin that your whole family will enjoy is Camping On the Gulf Holiday Travel Park. Destin Beach Campground I've never actually camped out there over night, but I have spent the day there with some friends and had a blast.

    It's located right on the beautiful beaches of Destin and has all the amenities you'll need during your vacation.

    The campground is located 3/4 mile west of Sandestin Resort.
