Are you wondering where to stay during your next Destin Florida vacation? Let me help with your decision. I've put together a list of my favorite resorts in Destin, any of which would be ideal for you and your family. I had a hard time deciding on which resorts to put on my list because I've stayed in many and was impressed with them all. It's really hard to find a bad place to stay in Destin. Each resort is beautifully unique in its own way, but some set themselves apart from the pack. The resorts listed below have set themselves apart with their friendly, attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and luxurious amenities. Okay, here are a few of my favorite resorts in Destin. If I had to come up with one favorite out of all the resorts in Destin, I would probably have to say Sandestin. 
I can't remember how many times I've stayed at Sandestin through the years, but it's much more than any other resort in Destin. I grew up vacationing in Sandestin with my family, stayed there with other friend's families, during college, and continue to stay there today. I've stayed in condos along the golf course, near the bay, in the towers overlooking the pristine Destin beaches, and a couple of times at the Sandestin Beach Hilton.
So if you want to stay in the best, stay at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
Some would say that Tops'l gets overlooked by Sandestin, which happens to be right next door to Tops'l. That may be true, but Tops'l is a beautiful resort in its own right. To me Tops'l doesn't seem as crowded as Sandestin, meaning it seems to be more off the beaten path, like a hidden treasure. Of course, Sandestin probably seems more crowded because of its sheer size, and because so many people want to stay there during their Destin Florida vacation.
I've stayed at Tops'l a few times and enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere. I haven't stayed in one of their towers overlooking the beach, but I loved the quiet condos nestled among the lush vegetation. So if you want to try something different, something with its own unique quiet charm, consider staying at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort during your next Destin Florida vacation. 
Hidden Dunes is another reputable resort in Destin Florida with a 20 story beach front tower, lakeside villas, and Carolina-style cottages. I've only stayed at Hidden Dunes one time and enjoyed it just as much as any other time I've vacationed in Destin. I stayed in one of the Garden Villas at Seascape a few years ago with friends and enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and wonderful accommodations.
We stayed in one of the villas along the golf course, but they also offer lakefront villas, tennis villas, town homes, and one of Destin's newest beach front high rises, the Majestic Sun, a beautiful place to stay during your Destin Florida vacation.
