Cuvee Beach In DestinCuvee Beach in Destin is one of the more elegant bistros and wine bars in the Destin, Florida area. It is located on the Emerald Coast Parkway, near the city market at Destin. The operators, it is said, have been in Destin’s hospitality industry for over three decades. The Bistro’s chef, Michael Sichel, is one of the most acclaimed chefs in the Destin area. The bistro offers a rich, multi-regional menu and the café’s kitchen is located in a vantage point such that diners can watch as the meals they order are prepared. The service staff also seems to be a genuinely good crew.
Dinner at the Cuvee Beach in Destin is served from 5:00 PM until 10:30 PM. You can order from the bar between 4 PM and 12 AM. There are three private dining areas. These private dining areas come in handy for many occasions, but especially so for business dinners and rehearsal dinners. The spacious area in which the private dining areas are located is also suitable for holding events like wedding receptions. Additionally, the restaurant also has a private wine bar, which can accommodate up to fifty people. This makes it an ideal location for cocktail parties and other reception events.
The restaurant’s menu has a section for ‘Pies for the table,’ a ‘Primo First Course’ and a ‘Soups and Salads’ section. There is a variety of ‘Pies for the table’ including Margherita pies, Vegetable pies, Pesto Chicken Pies and En Bianca Pies. The desserts offered at the Cuvee Beach in Destin include Biscotis, Chocolate mouse, Vanilla Panna Cotta and Strawberry Cheesecake. The desserts include frozen drinks, with the likes of the toasted almond, the Mitzi and double Godiva chocolate.
At the restaurant’s wine bar, patrons have the option of choosing wines by glass or by bottle. Some of the glass wine offerings include champagne and sparkling wine, white wine and red wine. The champagne and sparkling wine offerings include Louis Perdrier, the Louis Perdrier and the Piper Brut Split from France.
The white wines on offer include the Hogue Riesling, the Acacia Chardonnay and the Conundrum white blend. The red wine offerings include Coastal Ridge Cabernet the Estancia Meritage and the Raymond Reserve Cabernet. The prices for these items are surprisingly reasonable, compared to other restaurants and bars.
All in all, the Cuvee Beach in Destin is a great place to enjoy a quick meal alone, have a romantic dinner with a significant other, or hold a private reception.
