Destin Vacation Home Rental

Our Destin vacation home rental is located in the Crystal Beach Community. It's one block from the beach and two blocks to the new Destin Commons Center as well as many fine restaurants, shops and numerous area golf courses.

This lovely home features three-story construction with a privatepool. The lush landscaping features a variety of palms, floweringplants and jasmine. For added privacy, the Carriage Apartment is found over the garage and has its own entrance, Queen Bed,and TV. The apartment also has a kitchenette and a full own bath.

The driveway is double wide for extra parking in addition to thegarage parking. The house features all new decorating and livelycolors. The living room has a VCR,DVD,a TV and is open to the kitchen and dining room.

The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has its ownprivate screened porch, King bed, TV, and jacuzzi bath. Each of the two bedrooms on the second floor (one bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the other one a King bed) also have their own private screened porch and TV. The third floor bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, sink and refrigerator.

The privately fenced back yard has a private pool and a Gas Grill in the backyard also.

This is a NO SMOKING HOUSE and NO PETS are allowed. We also do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Sep 04-Oct 23. ........................ $1950/week
Oct 23-Feb 27, 2011 ..................$1100/week
Exp: Thanksgiving Xmas & New Year's .. $1500/week

A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of $500 is required.and will be refunded in ten days if no damage.

We accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders w/reservations.Note:Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
