Destin Villa Rental At Seascape Resort - Short Walk To Beach

Roomy ground floor golf villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Our back patio with porch swing and seating for 4, overlooks the 17th fairway of Seascape Golf Course, and a large lake. Seascape Resort is a gated 300 acre golf, tennis and beach resort. The resort has 5 pools, 8 tennis courts, basketball court, bike rentals, walking areas, beachside bar & restaurant, beach volleyball, fishing lakes, and 18 hole golf course.

Our unit sleeps 8 comfortably. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, lazy-boy rocker/recliner, tv, vcr, checkerboard table, games, books & magazines.

The Master bedroom with lighthouse and sailboat theme, has a king bed, tv/vcr combo, clock radio, hair dryer, and a walk-in shower in the bath, linen closet & large clothes closet.

The 2nd bedroom with golf decor has 2 twin beds, tv/vcr combo, clock radio. and large closet.

The 3rd bedroom done brightly in fish decor has 2 twin beds, clock radio, & large closet.

The dining area has table with seating for 6, and a bakers rack with ocean and golf themed serving pieces, and bright color drink glasses.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. There is an iron and ironing board furnished also. The coin-operated washer and dryer is located just outside the front door in a breezeway laundry room.

One of the resorts pools and fishing pond is located just across from the front of our unit.
